Refund Policy

Due to the nature of products sold on TikTok Marketplace, we issue a strict no-refund policy. Once an account or service has been distributed, the transaction is considered completed and ineligible for a refund.

Refunds may be only be requested before the delivery taking place. Once delivery has occurred, a refund is no longer an option. It's the buyer responsibility to secure the account after the deliver, anything happens to the account as such as (lost of password, unable to log in, account damaged after being sold) isn't for us to resolve.

In the event that a product or service is insignificant as described, please submit a support ticket and a member of our management team will review the situation. Our decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

While we offer no refunds, in most cases we allow you to resell your account to us. Please contact our customer support team or email us on None

TikTok Marketplace has no obligation for a refund in the event of a product purchased by accident, purchased by a family member or any kind of buyer's regret.

According to our refund policy, we do not offer exchanges.

If an order is not screened by us fraudulently, the payment will be cancelled or refunded immediately. If the customer cannot be verified within 48 hours of purchase, payment will be returned automatically.
